Well I got the phone call. I was sort of hoping it really would be a year or a year and a half. I'm not happy about my foot being hurt again.
They will be taken out on October 27th. That will be 1 year and 4 days since the accident.
Figures, just when my foot really is feeling better, here we go again.

Good luck with the operation. I'm sure you wont regret it. You'll be sore for a couple of days but the improvement is quick. Marg
How long were you off work, or unable to drive and stuff?
I was driving within a week of screws being removed and back at work. My stitches were in for two weeks. I had 3 screws removed and only 1 stitch in each cut.
